Our drum-dried products made from pulses and plant-based proteins combine the growing demand for plant-based protein sources and convenience products. Due to the drum drying process ingredients are pre-cooked and have strong soaking properties making them soluble in both cold and warm liquids. This makes them ideal for use in convenience products.
These products not only bring one additional benefit to your application. In addition to their high water-binding capacity, the products have a very good fat-binding capacity due to their high amount of plant proteins. Therefore, they are an ideal thickening agent for spreads and pastes. Individual combinations of different types of fruit and vegetables with pulses or plant-based protein sources from sunflower and pumpkin seeds provide an additional flavour highlight. This makes our products not only delicious, but also nutritious and allows you to benefit from the functional properties of plant-based proteins for your individual application.
